WHY CAN’T EXISTING PIPING BE USED?
We do not recommend reusing existing piping because chloride residue builds up in existing pipes and it becomes a source of problem. In additional, the iron particles and slime produced as a result of compressor failure lead to issues. Checks have to be done to ensure existing piping diameter and thickness match the Mitsubishi Electric specs. Unless the piping is hidden and inaccessible, then part of it maybe be reused after checks are conducted. Our experienced installer will advice the customer during the site survey.
Standard Installation: FREE Premium upgraded materials.
- 1/2" Thick ThermaFlex Class O insulation
- Guage 22 copper piping
- 3C40 Singapore Cable
- 16mm drain pipe
Standard Installation Warranty:
- 5 years on compressor by Mitsubishi Electric.
- 1 year on other spare parts.
- 1 year full installation workmanship.
- Note: Water leaking due to lack of regular servicing will not be covered.
Terms and Conditions:
- We will contact you for installation/site survey dates within 2-3 working days.
- Customer or Customer's representative must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.
- Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.
- Material included in Standard Installation description.
- Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.
- No refunds allowed after installation.
- Dismantled units will be installer’s property; it will not be returned to owner.
Additional applicable charges, if any:
- False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.
- Power point.
- 2nd trip for installation. eg: renovation contractor or owner requesting addtional trips
- Stainless steel water tray.
- SS304 bracket
- Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition. We will advise the customer before that.

- Price stated is applicable for standard HDB residential only
- Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires Colt Trading's agreement.
