Terms & Conditions:
- The client or the customer's authorized person must be present on-site during installation to validate equipment positions.
- Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within two - three working days after order confirmation.
- Subsequent modifications to the locations of the pipeline and equipment will result in adjustments.
- Site evaluation must be completed in full before installation date
- Material described in the Standard Installation description is included.
- Stainless steel brackets and power outlets are not included.
- Refunds are not permitted after installation.
- Dismantled units become the property of S Z Aircon PTE LTD.
- Returns to the owner will incur a $50.00/FCU fee.
Additional applicable charges, if any:
- Pipe length exceeds 15 metre is chargeable at $22.00/m
- Single Phase, up to 20A @ $350.00 up to 40m length
- Three Phase, up to 32A @ $350.00 up to 40m length

Replacement Only:
- Use back existing piping ( refrigerant and drainage, insulation, trunking and wiring), warranty not covered.
- Vacuum & flush existing piping
- No warranty on existing piping
- Any alteration or shifting of existing pipes will be subjected to additional charges
- All pressure testing of pipes will be charged separately, if requested by owner
- Price excluding piping
Replacement Only Warranty:

- gas leak on CU and FCU joint
- water leaking due to no servicing done; NOT covered
- condensation due to material wear and tear; NOT covered
Note:
- Installation is included in the price
- Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires S Z Aircon PTE LTD's approval
- Refunds if applicable will be limited to the deposit or amount paid and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
